n        Our plant produces more than 40 different models of power tools used in woodworking, metalworking, and construction-assembly and repairing works.

n        At the time being intensive technical production process is oriented on the significant enlargement of a range. Annually the plant develops and produces new items according to the market demand. All power tools designing, development and production process are computerized, that allows to reduce the terms of production for new power tools samples and tools modernization, to increase the quality of products.

n        The company has a specialized power tools development department using 3D systems as Solid Works and Compass –3DV7 soft ware.

The focal elements in “Zavod”Phiolent’s” power tools production is Italian “Axis” armature assembly lines. All process of winding, thermal contraction of commutator claws, compound impregnation, armature balancing and its final testing are automized that enable to produce our power tools according to international standards.  

The automatic projection system has been implemented on the basis of internet network, active control methods in all technological stages have been implemented.

n        In 2003 “Zavod”Phiolent” Joint Stock Company’ quality control system with tested for it’s compliance with the International ISO 9000:2001 Standard and was awarded  a BVQI certificate from the world-famous French certifying body Bureau Veritas Quality International.
